Curious About walks are published by Lightbeam UK Limited. Our company address is Stables Cottage, Hall Lane, Colston Bassett, Nottingham, NG12 3FB, and our Company Number is 5318967.
One booklet is all you need for a group of four people, but any more than that and you may want to consider a further purchase.
No part of the publication (Booklet or Website) may be reproduced, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior written permission of the publishers. Please contact us here.
We try our best to make our walks wheelchair friendly, but sometimes that's not possible. The symbols against each walk tell you if the walk is suitable for wheelchairs or not. Usually it's possible to complete the walk using a small diversion - very occasionally this may mean missing a clue out - but we'll let you know!
Whilst the authors have walked and researched all the routes in each booklet, no responsibility can be accepted for any unforeseen circumstances encountered while following the walks. The authors would however welcome any information regarding material changes, or any problems encountered.
Potential risks have been highlighted in the FAQs, as well as what participants can sensibly do to minimise those risks.

The Information We Collect and How We Use It
When you place an order with Curious About, we need to know your name, credit or debit card number and expiry date and email address. If you are ordering a physical booklet we also need your delivery address. This information allows us to fulfil your order and notify you of the status of your order. All orders are processed by a third-party service provider (Sendowl) who manage the financial transaction and the download process, and we therefore pass on your details to that service provider. That third-party service provider has undertaken to us that they will protect that information, will not pass it on, not use it for any other purpose than to process your transaction as defined by us. We action the sending out of physical orders (ie printed booklets).
By submitting your information, you consent to the use of that information as set out in this Policy. If we change our Privacy Policy we will post the changes on this page so that you may be aware of them.
